This role is for an ambitious Senior Brand Designer who wants deeper creative ownership and the chance to build work that is both highly visible and lasting. You’ll work inside a small, senior-only team with meaningful influence on outcomes, while also contributing to the exciting new tools we’re building that will change the future of branding.
Lead visual exploration from moodboards through final identity systems
Develop original brand directions with strong point of view
Maintain a high bar for craft across every deliverable
Present work internally and to clients
Collaborate closely with a small team of other passionate senior brand designers
Help build AI-powered tools that are shaping the future of how branding gets done
6+ years of experience in brand design, including leading projects and presenting work to clients
Experience shaping brands for high-growth tech companies
Proven ability to design robust and flexible identity systems, not just logos or standalone assets
Strong typography, layout, and visual decision-making
Comfort making high-impact decisions quickly and standing behind them
Deep visual vocabulary and understanding of the brand landscape
Curiosity about new tools and AI-powered workflows
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
